So, right now apples happen to be really expensive. At Smith's all of the good apples are like $1.80/ lb. but I went to Good Earth this last week and they were selling organic Pink Lady apples for .99/lb. which is such a good price for wintertime! And they are organic so there isn't a filmy wax on the skin and they have a perfect tartness.

I have no motivation to eat healthy right now. i try to get motivated and it lasts a week at most! you will have to give me a few pointers.
